LEGALITY: Journal of Law and Sharia (Legalitas Hukum Syariah) is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Islamic Family Law Study Program, Badrus Sholeh Islamic Institute. This journal is committed to publishing high-quality scientific articles in the fields of Islamic law, comparative law, and contemporary legal studies from a Sharia perspective. Legalitas Hukum Syariah is published periodically, twice a year, in March and September. Accepting articles written in Indonesian and English. This journal follows an open-access policy, which allows readers to read and download all articles for free.

Language used in this journal are Indonesian and English . JHKI is available for free (open access) to all readers.
