1. General Principles
Querencia: Community Service Journal accepts limited advertising to support the sustainability of its publishing activities. All advertisements must align with the journal’s mission, ethical standards, and academic integrity. Advertisements shall not influence editorial decisions or the peer-review process.

2. Eligibility of Advertisements
The journal only accepts advertisements related to:

Academic conferences, seminars, workshops, or training programs.

Books, journals, educational resources, or academic software.

Non-profit institutions, universities, research centers, or community service organizations.
Advertisements related to alcohol, gambling, tobacco, politics, pornography, hate speech, or any form of unethical or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.


3. Independence of Editorial Process

Advertising content has no influence on editorial decisions, peer review, or acceptance/rejection of manuscripts.

Editorial and advertising departments operate independently.

Advertisers are not permitted to interfere with or attempt to influence the editorial content.


4. Placement and Labeling

All advertisements will be clearly labeled as “Advertisement” to distinguish them from editorial content.

Advertisements may appear on the journal’s website, email announcements, or printed versions (if applicable).

The placement of advertisements shall not imply endorsement by the Editors, Reviewers, or Publisher.


5. Review and Approval of Advertisements

All advertising proposals are reviewed and approved by the Editorial Team or journal management.

The journal reserves the right to reject or remove any advertisement deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with this policy.


6. Responsibility and Liability

Advertisers are fully responsible for the accuracy and legality of their content.

The journal and publisher are not liable for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from advertisements.


7. Policy Modification
