PENGAMALAN AKHLAK MULIA BAGI PESERTA DIDIK DALAM MENJAGA KEDAMAIAN DAN KERUKUNAN BERAGAMA

The importance of practicing noble character in shaping students' character and maintaining peace and religious harmony in the school environment, especially at SDN 16 Bokat, Buol Regency. Noble character is reflected in positive attitudes and behaviors such as honesty, politeness, discipline, responsibility, and mutual respect, both in social interactions and daily life. However, the study revealed that some students have not demonstrated these morals, as seen in behaviors such as skipping school, not greeting teachers when entering the classroom, and being reluctant to listen to teachers' advice. This is due to a lack of adequate religious and moral education, making it difficult for them to distinguish between good and bad behavior. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with a field approach. Data were collected through direct observation of the learning process and student attitudes, interviews with 5 educators and 23 students, and related documentation. The results of the study show that the practice of noble character in the context of religious harmony includes aspects such as speaking kindly, tolerance, respecting differences, empathy, mutual respect, compassion, and cooperation. These findings emphasize the need to strengthen character education and moral values in elementary schools to shape a generation with noble character and harmony in diversity.
